Help with Bluestacks Android emulator please?

I got the Dell Venue Pro8 and I have watched all the videos and read all the pages I could find about this, but nothing works. I can’t get my games to play in landscape, landscape full screen, or portrait full screen, even though it says I am. I’ve fiddled with so many settings trying to get this to work, but still nothing. On all the videos I watch, everyone that has this same tablet are playing in either screen orientation at full screen Please help me

When you right click on the bluestacks icon the appears in the bottom right corner when the app is open you should see some options. One of them is “Rotate Portrait Apps” make sure that is enabled.

@InkyAnn Hmm, sorry not sure what else it could be. I know getting this program running right for me was a huge PITA but it’s been a while since I installed, not even sure what I did.
