This may be helpful to others too; can someone help me find a free webpage?

I would like to find a website that helps novice folks like me create and host a web-page.

I want it to be searchable! Most free ones that I’ve tried don’t allow tags or search terms unless you upgrade.

Which brings me to my next requirement, I need a free one! The last thing I want to worry about is another bill.

I’m already on several. I just don’t know which one is best or if I missed a good one. This will be for advertising my online stuff mainly.
