Post colonoscopy - are these normal symptoms?

So, colongraphy was all clear, nothing to report but now 4 days later my stomach and bowels won’t stop growling!
Every time I eat – it’s really loud and there is a lot of movement!
No pain, no blood just grumbling.
I still don’t have normal poop and today was diarrhoea!
Could this be normal?
Dr said to wait and see what happens but I’m wondering if anyone else has been through it and had a similar experience?
Could it be gas from colongraphy?
