Why are there suddenly increasing reports of cops killing blacks?

It seems that each week now there seems to be a new story of a cop killing a black person. What’s with all the increased coverage? It’s making me wonder.
Is it really happening more often now? If so why?
Or has this always been a problem and the media chose to focus on this?
