Bill Clinton lied, George W. Bush lied, and Donald Trump lied. What, in your opinion, is the difference?

When Bill Clinton lied, it resulted in an impeachment, for which he was acquitted. It also gave a certain White House intern a certain amount of notoriety and a mention in history books. When George W. Bush lied. It resulted in military actions, the results of which are still being felt today. What, in your opinion, will be the fallout of Donald Trump’s lying?
