In a way.
Seeing that we pretend he does, by celebrating his coming every year, and us buying presents and gift them to our kids (and make them believe he truly exists for the better part of their first 10 years of existence).
His icon is omnipresent for at least two months around the end of the year.
Is Santa then not, in a way, real?
Just like a God can be real?
