What can I make as a special dinner?

I’m going back to college on Monday but before I leave my boyfriend and I decided we would take turns making each other a special dinner. He went first and made an amazing “taste of summer” dinner complete with ribs, potatoes, corn on the cob and biscuits. It was amazing, but now I don’t know anything that could top it. I was thinking a nice seafood alfredo or steak tips. I’m not any kind of chef but I do know my way around the kitchen. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas of things I could make to give him a dinner that’s just as special as the one he cooked for me?
