ok I have a terrrrible cold and any advice on how to get rid of a runny stuffed up nose just a usuall head cold. :(

if you can afford it, you can get allergy shots they can prevent bad colds. Also if you have any allergies they’ll get rid of them. I’ve also found that a really hot shower works well. Also you can try orange juice it has a whole bunch of vitamin C and it really helps me.

i love nyquil. it just tastes so good. its weird, i know. most people hate it.
you could use a humidifier. it will help with the congestion.
