@AmWiser I have a perfectly timed body clock. I can go to bed and tell myself to wake up at 6:30, and my eyes will fly open at 6:30 even if I’m not on a schedule and usually sleep till when-ever. Since I work now I set my alarms, of course, but I’ve done the other in the past. I can usually tell you what time it is within 5 minutes (when I was younger it was within 1 minute) even if I haven’t looked at a clock in hours. Thing is, I seem to adjust instantly to the time change. It’s no harder going to bed an hour “earlier” or getting up and hour “earlier…” Same thing when I go to Seattle, two hours behind us. I step off that plane, check the time, and I’m set internally. Is that strange?
