Can someone explain to me why my macbook camera won't work on omegle chat?

My microphone is working on omegle chat but my webcam isn’t showing anything. Can anyone explain to me why?

Your camera clearly has a since of shame and respect for one’s private parts.

But seriously, have you checked the preferences area for your camera? Considering it is built in, I would poke around the system settings to make sure everything is hunky dory.

It wouldn’t work in Google Chrome but it works in Safari… Probably browser settings!
