for security reason, does the government have multiple vehicles with identical license plates, identical model and identical color?

Answers

The police and city cars hereabouts have serial license plates. Cruiser A’s plate reads 9951, Cruiser B’s reads 9952, and so on.

Yes, POTUS and VPOTUS have a bunch of identical looking limos with a 800001 and 800002 plates (respectively). I am sure there are other vehicles as well.
