How to setup Vision Helpdesk Two Way Email Parsing?

Does anyone knows how to setup Vision Helpdesk Two way email Parsing? We have setup normal email parser which is converting our clients emails into Ticket but not sure how to set Two way parsing so that our staff can reply to tickets from their email client.

I do not, but I went to there website and I see that they have live support which is online right now. If you get frusturated with it I reccomend www.zendesk.com and http://www.jazzdesk.com/

Thank You for your answer, I had a chat with Vision Helpdesk person on their Live Chat got it sorted. Zendesk is over hyped and over priced ! Zendesk do not support Two way email parsing nor does it allow hosting helpdesk on our own server and nether it support managing support for multiple companies.
