I recall my first encounter with TSAs at the airport. They were friendly, helpful and trying to be “customer friendly” while maintaining vigilant professionalism..
I think they were excited about their new found status as federal employees, the blue shirts with shoulder boards and a big eagle patch etc.
I think as time has passed, they have become like too many (not all! Easy everybody) government drones…indifferent and supercilious.
Am I right?
Or perhaps, have I been flying too much lately?
