Or at least stronger and more strengthen fists? When I say harder surfaces, I mean like starting first on the floor, next a carpet, concrete, and etc as time goes on.

Not that i know of, all it will do is build muscle and that will allow you to hit harder. If you want to make your fists more solid, you need a makiwara.

you can build one with a plank of wood and some rope, like this. Just punch the makiwara for about 15 minutes each day.

Knuckle push ups on wood and then concrete will help to deaden the nerves so you can move up to breaking boards with your punches and not feel it and obviously foreheads too!!! Like that will really ever happen. But it is cool when all of a sudden you are doing 10–20 knuckle push ups on concrete!!

knuckle push ups build a layer of callus on your knuckles

Fingertip push ups are better, they build up the muscles in your hands

You won’t be able to hit harder, as that is more a technique thing. You will be able to feel less pain when hitting hard surfaces, removing your fear, allowing you to not hold back as much.

This question makes me sad. Why not talk about your problems instead?

Pushups on a hard surface will harden your skin and tissue but not your bones.

if you punch a firm surface you create micro fractures in your bones over time this will harden your bones. but i recommend you look into this properly before going ahead with it.

@sliceswiththings What are you talking about? :-/ I don’t have any problems nor any issues. Just want to form stronger fist as an exercise and defense, that’s all.
