Igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks are all formed different ways. Some of them are radioactive, but that would be a separate question. It’s a little bit like, are ham sandwiches, peanut butter sandwiches, or grilled cheese sandwiches made on wheat bread? It’s not the kind of rock, so much as what’s in it, that matters.

All rock types could have radioactive materials in them but their individual composition depends entirely on the materials that were in the area at the time of their formation.
