For the MS 70-640 Exam, how do the questions for the Microsoft Press practice tests compare to the actual exam?

So I’m studying for my MCITP first exam 70–640 and taking the practice tests and doing pretty well but just wondering how those questions actually compare to those on the real exam.

While I cant answer for the 70–640 I did take the 70–680 and the practice exams in TEST MODE that came with the Microsoft press book were close.
