I don’t know, i think that diet is a huge part and there is that saying 90% diet 10% exercise but only if u have the money and food to support an intense diet like that. I suggest going to Scoobysworkshop.com and trying that out. That conditioned me for track, and it provides foods u will like and can buy at ur average store, but it asks how much exercise you get a day because exercise is the most cost efficient way but certainly not the easiest. Oh and ya bicycle crunches r the boss of ab workouts.
