Problem with game installing( dead rising) on LOCAL DISC D in Winddows XP?

I have such nonsense: some games (which I previously downloaded from the trackers) do not want to be installed on the “New Tom D ”, such as the game Dead Rising 2. Tom D is not even physical – were divided into C and D. As C we have only 50 GB, of which are available only 3, and the current games do not occupy less than 5 GB, so i have to install and download all on disk D.
Here’s how I’m doing: Cachan, mount image in virtual drive, run from there, click “Custom installation” and after a few seconds to pop up something like “An error occured while attempting to create the directory: D: \ GAMES”
If i choose “Express Install”, it automatically starts the installation in directory C: \ Program Files \ Capcom \ Dead Rising 2
I created even on the D drive folder Program Files \ Capcom \ Dead Rising 2, but anyway do not want to install….
So with the game Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions….

Help me, someone who can)

I’m not sure what you mean here. Do you have one physical disk partitioned into 2 logical drives? If that’s so there shouldn’t be any virtualization required; for most Windows’ purposes, it’s the same as having a second hard drive. In any case, I’d recommend getting a second HDD for gaming anyway.

The virtualization is mounting the downloaded CD or DVD image as a virtual CD or DVD. It involves the install disk, not the destination drive.
