I have just gotten of a long haul flight, 12 hours.
Just wondering how you would know if you have DVT?
I took Xanax so spent most of the flight sleeping, however I did get up a few times and did move my ankles around.
I have no symptoms but am still paranoid.
Any obvious things I should look out for?
