Is it possible to want my love, as well as my revenge?

I’m sorry.

I probably shouldn’t. But I really like Lady Gaga.

I also like “Bad Romance”

I know it is just pop lyrics, but is there any real reasonable interpretation to “I want your love and I want your revenge?”

I said this out loud to my girlfriend at a black tie fundraiser last weekend and the table got silent. (She bought me a tuxedo for my birthday!! Her fabulous friends think that I am a savage, but that I have potential).

Anyway, is this apparent contradiction possible?

Your first mistake was liking Lady Gaga. :)

It just sounds better than I want your love and I want your ham sandwich.;)

@lucillelucillelucille No shit. My comment merely created confusion. Who knows what would have happened with your version?

@josie—Complete mayhem.People are passionate about their sandwiches and maybe alittle uptight. ;)

Ever heard of a love/hate relationship? I have answered many calls where the couples love to hate each other to death. This is a special problem for the police. They hate each other, yet they love each other….........what to do?

I really hate it when I say something as a joke and people fall silent. I feel your pain.

Sure, why not? She’s talking to Satan. It’s all good. I love the song too.

@cockswain She thought it was funny. The rest of the group was a little stuffy.

That’s what I’m talking about though. You crack some off-color or risque joke, and some people get offended. Super annoying.
