“Great Question” (1points)

What movie adaptation of a comic book did you like the best? Did you like it because it was very faithful, or because it was a creative adaptation? My favorites are The Dark Knight, Watchmen, and Spiderman 2.

Scott Pilgrim was pretty sweet. As was Kick Ass. They aren’t traditional comic book movies, so I suppose their appeal is the comic aesthetic without the whole Good v Evil thing being shoved in your face.

Iron Man, I guess. mind you, I don’t know much about any comic, unless it’s Conan the Barbarian, but I’m not entirely sure if that movie was based from the novels or the comics. :/

Watchmen. It was so well done that I couldn’t keep myself from exclaiming about it throughout the movie. There were some shots that were panel-for-panel accurate. I missed the castaway story, but I understand why they left it out. Otherwise, in my mind, it was perfect.
