So, long story short.

An old roommate had a package delivered USPS to her old address, my current address, on accident. She is demanding that I get the package and meet up with her to give it to her. However, it is very inconvenient for me to access my mailbox. Do I have any obligations (legally) to make sure that the package gets to her?

BTW when she moved out we were not on good terms, so I am in no hurry to get that package to her.
