How about going with a Gone With the Wind theme. Katherine Scarlett and Melanie for the gals, and the guys could dress up like one of Scarlett’s three husbands. Would be a hoot if you all could get the teachers to dress up like Slaves. The Mr’s. going as Pork and whatnot and the Mrs’s. as Mammie and the gang.

Could you have different themes each day? Then you could go with the old stand-bys, like “hippies”, “corporate executives”, “punks”, “superheroes”, “your parents”, “prom”, or whatever. OK, I admit I made a couple of those “old stand-bys” up. :p

I’d assume the theme has to be relatively easy to put together from stuff people might already own, right? So nothing too crazy…?

I don’t think that people would know that Gone with the Wind is or how to dress up for it. What I was thinking was well-known things like Nicki Minaj and Drake. People know who they are and all the days could relate to them. For instance, Friday would be called Pink Friday (after Minaj’s latest album). Or maybe GI Joe and Barbie. The point is to have too related boy and girl characters that form an overall theme for the week. The problem with these two is that they’ve been done before.

@urbanlegend24 Just curious…. who is Nicki Manaj and Drake? But you could always go to the old standbys like Airplane Captain and stewardess or Boss and secretary of Doctor and Nurse, that sort of thing. Or, more modern, the guys could be football players and the gals could be sideline reporters.

You could do 70’s or maybe hula. Or twin day!!!!!!
