Very satisfied. I do “individual bargaining”, as opposed to collective bargaining, with my employer every year and come up with a new terms of employment compensation package we could both agree on. I’d hate having to pay someone to do this for me, as I know what is best for me, not some stranger, and I am willing to negotiate with the employer while keeping the interest in the company in the equation. I’d like $500.00 an hour, but the company can’t afford that. Gotta be reasonable, and once an agreement is made, the satisfaction level will be as high as possible.
