What does "lazy buys" mean?

In the article “Youku: China’s leading online video site” from Ft.com,the first sentence of the first paragraph says:” Chinese internet stocks are classic lazy buys”. What does “lazy buys” mean?

It refers to a stock which can be assumed to grow due to market and economic conditions. In other words “lazy” investors who do not take time to research would be attracted to what appears to be a solid stock set to increase in value.

if some one has a lots of money and does not know what to buy than that one buy everything just to spend some time
