Find someone who can do the musical notation; it is a simple melody that anyone who can sing can hum. An amateur musician can add simple chords, bridge, ornamention, etc. You can even pick the key for your voice range.

You can try to do a MIDI search; if you Google the title and add the acronym MIDI, you may be able to find and download a file that your computer can play; you’ll need an audio player that can play MIDI files (Apple’s free QuickTime Player app can play these .mid files).

BTW, MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface, which is a system for encoding musical notation into data that can be read by a MIDI-capable device such as an electronic keyboard or a software program, etc.
