Will "loose" tapioca from the Indian grocery store work the same to make tapioca pudding as boxed Minute brand tapioca pudding does?
I went to an Indian grocery store the other day and I saw they have an approximately 2 lb bag of tapioca. The “pearls” are slightly larger than the powdery looking tapioca pudding that comes boxed in the supermarket. The price is probably way less, also.
My question is will the “loose” tapioca from the Indian grocery work the same to make pudding as the boxed “Minute” brand does?
