Can't think of the name of a foreign song recently in a commercial, I know it starts off slow but builds up quickly.

April 30th, 2011I can’t remember anything except that it has a oddly placed exclamation point in the title of the song, something like “Dance! something something” ... and for some reason I remember the group name being kind of long and spanish looking. It was recently in a commercial, but the commercial cuts off before they really start singing.
It starts off with a strum that gets faster and faster and rapidly breaks into this really cool melody. I don’t know why but the words “People! Dancing!” come to my head. They keep saying the same sentence over and over again after that point.
I know this is all real vague, but the song is so cool, hopefully someone knows.
