Best ways to improve vertical jump?
My vertical jump currently is around 28 inches but I would really like to get it up to around 30–34. I’ve researched and asked advice on the best ways to improve it, so I figured I’d ask the Fluther community as well…what are some good excercies/routines to get into that will help me improve my vert?
