Looking for a cheaper substitute or thoughts on an Avon food tray.

I found a party tray on Avon’s website (http://shop.avon.com/shop/product.aspx?src_page=product_list.aspx&level1_id=300&level2_id=307&pdept_id=438&dept_id=0&pf_id=38353) and it looks pretty sweet. It’s also $30. I’ve briefly tried looking online for a cheaper version or just something else to compare it to, but I’m having trouble figuring out a more specific name to call it that will come up with similar results.

Does anyone know of any other options? Do you think $30 is worth it for this product? Do you think Avon sells good quality kitchen products?

Found this, but it’s the exact same thing only $10 cheaper. If anyone has anything similar that you would recommend in place of this please let me know!

Whether it’s worth it or not depends on how often you transport food to other places, and if places that you take food are places where serving off of plastic is okay.

Does it hold the quantity you would normally take? 24 devilled is is less than I personally would normally make—that’s only a dozen eggs. 16 cupcakes is an odd amount; a cake mix usually makes 24, so you still have to carry 8 more cupcakes in a different container. Do you actually make a veggie tray to take somewhere?

Do you have the storage space for something this large?

This looks good for cupcakes
I’m looking for these ones my daughter bought at Old Time Pottery for $5. I recently saw them at the Penney’s Outlet store…

The second one looks much more practical than the Avon one, and would take a lot less storage space. But it really depends on how often you really need it. Me, I take broccoli salad or rice salad everywhere.

Here’s this one that’s $15.
