If you want to access a secured network, you will need the password, potentially a username (if wpa2enterprise f.ex.) or even have your Ethernet Id added for access. If you can’t arrange that, you’re probably not meant to access it.
jdogg~ if the network is password protected then that should be your sign ~ steer clear.
And if other neighbors have unsecured wifi and you access their network without permission it’s called piggybacking, and is a punishable offense in most communities.
