What is a good low-carb diet that includes cottage cheese and eggs?
Back years ago, I went on this same low-carb diet and lost 30 pounds. My diet only included scrambled eggs and cottage cheese. I hated that diet plan then and I hate it now. I use it because it works for me. Question: is there anything I can add to cottage cheese and eggs that will give it more taste and not more carbohydrates? Ketchup would be good, if its not forbidden.
