I have a Power Book G4 running Mac OS X 10.4.11. I know it’s old. I’m cheap, okay?
Anyhow, want iMovie, but I can’t find a good download that seems to work for my computer. Is there one? If not, then is it possible to download for my parents’ Windows 7 PC?

The last version that will run on 10.4 is iMovie ‘08. I have a copy of it in a box somewhere. It will take me a bit to find it and upload it. Give me about a hour and I will send you a PM.

And before anyone bitches. I paid for it and am willing to transfer my license since I upgraded a long time ago.

And the software will not work on Windows 7.

I have the same laptop, the white one right? It’s still great but the iMovie 4 which I love so much has slowed to a crawl. I’m using my gf’s Mac with a later version of iMovie and it’s nothing like iMovie 4 when it comes to detail musical scoring. I miss moving those horizontal lines to adjust the sounds.

Just a heads up for anyone watching. iMovie 08 requires a G5 so that didn’t work. But I sent them a copy of iMovie 06 too that should work.

And damn, I have a lot of software install disks in this box. Hit me up if you need a copy of Excel 2.0 for the Mac. It is on 17 floppies.

Another update. iMovie 06 did work so prepare for a flood of Beiberific videos on Youtube. :-)
