Every so often, I see a rash of comments stating what Fluther should or should not be.

I don’t know about you all but in my offline life (yes, I have one), my interactions with people vary widely. From “Do you think God is really benevolent?” to “What are you having for dinner?” to “Do you want to play Trivial Pursuit?”

If Fluther was created as a free site to give people the opportunity to ask about things that interest them, shouldn’t it be allowed to represent the vast spectrum of human interests?

Why should one type of question be more “valid” than any other?
