Usually twice along with a snack. Since I’ve been doing this though, I’ve gained some weight I didn’t need so I’m going back to eating the food enough for 3 meals but I’ll nibble it all day until it’s gone.
Usually 3, but some times I have just a bite for breakfast if we get up really late. Then breakfast is just a prelude to lunch. I don’t snack (unless I have some snack food I can’t resist around. . . then I sneak it. Ssh.)
It ranges from 2 meals on days I don’t have much time to eat to up to 7 times. 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 after noon snack, 2 dinners, and one midnight snack. And I’m almost never full.
It depends, if I’m bored and there is a lot of food around I can eat all throughout the day. I’ll eat almost every hour. If I need to reserve food or am real busy I can go with 1 or 2 times.
usually once. I don’t count ice cream and stuff like that since that’s not a proper meal. But if you are counting that then it’s usually 1–3 times of snacks. Proper meals 1.
