Just open it in Keynote, then to go File>Export>Microsoft Powerpoint. If you don’t have a mac I can convet it sometime around 9 tommorow morning and upload it to a file sharing site, unless someone else can do it sooner.

#1. Open the file in Keynote by double-clicking on it.
#2. Go to the “File” menu and select “Export.”
#3. Convert the Keynote file to PowerPoint. Select the “PPT” tab from the top of the window and press the “Next” button. Enter a name and save location, such as the “Documents” folder, for the converted file and press “Export.”

And the files Keynote saves are actually compressed. You can change the extension to .zip and uncompress them. Just a nifty tip if you want to get the images inside them. Here is the contents of the one you posted.
