How can people eat uncooked fish?
E coli and Salmanella exist in abundance in uncooked fish. So why would anyone want to eat uncooked fish and take the chance of food poisioning? Each year about 1.3 million people become infected with E coli and Salmanella bacteria, so why take the chance? Question: so, what is the big attraction that draws people to eat uncooked fish?
