I have some lobster tails that I am going to grill tomorrow, I am surprising my GF. What is a good wine to serve?

I am serving it with baked potatoes, hush puppies, green beans and a wilted lettuce salad.

Are you doing the lobster tail plain?

I would choose a good Sauvignon Blanc and I mean a good one not a cheapy. Enjoy!

Voignier (not dessert style) or a South African Chenin Blanc would be good.

Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio pairs well with seafood.

Groth or Honig Sauvignon Blanc

Wind came up so the lobster tail is being baked instead of grilled.

Went with a local Pinot Grigio, thanks for all the help. I’ll let you know how it turns out later.
