I don’t think it’s bad at all…...I use weekends for catching up on sleep all the time. I’ve done well if I get 6 hours a night during the week, so come the weekend, I set no alarms and if I happen to be on the sofa in the afternoon and doze off….I probably needed it.
(btw. both today and yesterday I slept about 9 hours a night – I think I’m caught up now)
