I agree with @dverhey, stay away from Skullcandy (for the same reasons too).
Out of your list, I’d pick the Sennheiser HD598. A very nice open back set. The HD280’s that @dverhey linked are great too (I prefer these for the closed back) – I have been considering them myself. I have never tried the Shure brand, so I can’t say much about it.
One thing to look at is what you want out of the earphones – noise cancellation, noise isollation, weight, etc. And, how much you are willing to pay.
Example of preference/need:
Open headphones do not isolate you from outside noise, but are great if you need to remain aware of your surroundings. They are also often better sounding than similarly priced headphones of other types.
Closed headphones have an acoustic seal to provide isolation from outside noise; they also prevent others nearby from hearing your music. Great strides have been made of late and sealed headphones can sound nearly as good as open cans, especially at the higher price points.
