Is there a way to block certain users on Fluther from sending you messages?

“Great Question” (3points)

Or is there a way to block all incoming messages?

I’m starting to get scam and spam email messages on Fluther and I don’t particularly care for it. It’s one thing to annoy me through my personal email but to target me on social networking sites and other websites is downright creepy.

You’re not being targeted, at least not any more than all other jellies.

No worries. I just got the same PM. I’ve already banned the spammer, and the PM should be gone now.

To actually answer the question, no there isn’t any way to block PMs. Sorry!

Not saying that I personally was being singled out but to follow me around on other websites and bother me on there is a little disconerting. These guys just don’t give up.

Seriously… Look into flood control. Something like being able to send out 1 private message every 5 minutes would do the trick. Normal people would never notice and it would fuck spammers. They already have it for questions so it shouldn’t take long to get the same working for private messages.

I wish we could just block certain stupid/annoying catch-phrases.

A few of you know what I mean.
