If its your face then don’t wash it with soap, use a cleanser and toner instead. For the rest of your body don’t use too much soap or body wash as it will just strip the natural oils right out.
Keeping hydrated will make sure whatever you’ve ingested throughout the day through your skin, lungs, and digestive system can move through your system. Otherwise, your skin will show signs of irritation through dryness and blemishes. So drink water!
Also, if you’re _really_dry, you can apply small amounts of olive oil to your skin while you’re still damp from showering.
