How long should be the mac osx lion to setup the spotlight?

My mac osx from snow leopard 10.6.8 update to Lion,all setup is all right,but it restar when os setup finish.And the spotlight setup process stand for a long time(more than 2 hours),is it something wrong with this situation?I can’t open the app store and system software update at the meantime.

Mine was about 5 hours on a 60Gig SSD and two 1.5TB hard drive with another USB 1TB drive.

I wouldn’t be concerned yet.

edit :: I should add that most of that is music and videos and that doesn’t take nearly as long to index as the 200 thousand text files that make up OS X.
