Celadon Sushi (Celadon is this lovely green dishware made in the orient.) link
You could decorate the restaurant with similar vases….and serve your food on celadon ware, too. (It is still being made relatively inexpensively….so it’s not all antique items like the link I sent you.) It comes in all sorts of shades of green….from darkish green to light green. Go to link and type in celadon dinnerware and see all the variations in color. Unfortunately, there they mostly have antique pieces. An Asian restaurant supply company could probably source the dinnerware for you. I bought some dishes in Seoul…so perhaps a Korean supplier might help.
But since Celadon is simply a shade of green, you can always just use green dishes that are a similar color (and not necessarily celadon ware.)
This is THE word around my place, the gourmet goose salads bring them running and flapping and shrieking when I say ” GREENS!” Some primo floating salad bars goin’ on over here! lol
