What music would you recommend to drown out the counseling session going on behind me?

The neighboring office is a licensed counselor and social worker. I really don’t want to hear all of his patients problems, but the walls are really thin. What do you suggest that’s not too rowdy for them but will not put me to sleep.

It’s not as fun as playing loud music, but legally isn’t this a violation of client confidentiality? What if you went to them and told them you can hear everything they say? Ask them what THEY are going to do about the problem.
