I never heard of it but I just googled it and it basically sounds like ordinary walking but with ski poles. It says it is good for runners with injury, but even after reading on several sites, I can’t quite understand how it takes pressure off knees or heels? Do you understand it? Is there a specific site that explains it well?
I reckon anything that gets folks out the door and puffing a bit has to be good for you, so if it strikes your fancy, I would say give it a go! Then report back and let us know what you think. I like the kite surfing idea better though! :-)
