A few physical achievements. I can now run without stopping for a full 40 minutes, I got my flexibility back to the point that I can kick 2 meters up in the air, and can lift more weght than before, the biggest weight being 120 kilos for leg exercises, the next biggest being 50 kilos on back exercises.
EDIT: I still have a loooong way to go on others, on triceps 10 kilos is still very hard, and I still can’t bring my self to do more than 3 sets of 20 situps, I wont be happy until I can do unlimited situps in a row (like I used to be able to in my teens)
EDIT2: The worst one would be shoulders, 5 kilos on shoulder exercises is still a big challenge.
