@Coloma , I tried calling their corporate offices and got no help. I then researched them with BBB, and found that they have one of the highest complaint rates.
When I was buying the spa, and angry customer came in and they said to us, “You just can’t please everyone.” I should have taken heed. It looks like it is a company wide practice4 to get the product in the home even if they know it doesn’t work, and then repair it at their leisure while warranty times run out. They were awful at all levels. This happened over 10 years ago and I am still fuming!
And, Hot Spring Spas are an all around better product. We knew that when we bought the hot springs spa and didn’t want to pay the premium. We found out that you get what you pay for.
