I own neither a Capuchin monkey nor a cat (yet), but I just had a strange dream where I owned both as pets. The monkey was rather small, probably a juvenile, and for whatever reason the cat grew angry and attacked him. He killed the monkey, but before he could eat it I tossed its corpse outside onto the front lawn.

Why would a cat behave this way?

This isn’t a joke, I really did dream this!
