To start it off with a minor piece of gossipy information, daily, I use to take a fifth of Vodka to one of my Assistant Chiefs. I would go to his liquor store, pick up the bottle in a brown bag, and transport it to his office at CHQ. To this day, no one ever knew what was happening.

He is dead now, so I guess it makes no difference.

I have always liked the story of the gossiping monk. The next day, the abbot told him to go and lay a feather at the door step of every home where he “told the tale.” The following day, he was told to go pick up the feathers, but they had blown to the wind. I have never fancied myself as good at tracking down feathers, so I am careful not to drop them . . .

I do my best to avoid gossip, but, I am a truth teller, so IF a situation involved “innocent” people being deceived, yep, I’m not afraid of exposing those that deserve to be exposed.

Luckily I have no secrets and the only feathers blowing around over here are from my geese. Pretty white feathers they are. ;-D

I am one of five sisters and a brother. You can be sure that most things are passed from one sister to another. It has been that way since we were kids and we all understand that. But if one sibling wants something kept between us then I do so.

I don’t keep anything from my best friend though.

In a group of people I would never just let something drop.

I kept a family secret that my sister told me for way to long. Other children ended up getting hurt. Some secrets are better told, even if you don’t think anyone will believe you.

I would never open a can of worms concerning any family member. You only got one family in this life. I would only do that to someone I didn’t really like and who is unrelated to me. Lol.
